DBKT is a Team Performance Coaching Practice who work with businesses to elevate their leaders and accelerate team performance to thrive in the changing world of work. Over the last few years I’ve recognised the need for organisations to change their ways of working today, to meet the challenges of the future. Industry has been starting to make changes in this direction but progress has been slow. COVID has accelerated these changes and I felt the time was right for me to take the next step in my career, to set up DBKT so we can support even more businesses to change and thrive in these difficult but also exciting times ahead!
