Projects vary from complete facility renewal; building additions; roof replacements; infrastructure upgrade; mechanical and electrical systems upgrade; and security systems. OBJECTIVES Ensure project objectives are met and delivered within budget to meet contract requirements. Provide quality performance and completeness of projects on schedule. Any deviation to baseline schedule is evaluated and crashed to provide the best outcome to the client. Ensure implementation of quality and safety programs. Provide leadership for the development of a high-performance project. Identify, analyze and provide solutions to cost engineering, planning and scheduling problems to minimize project risks. Identify, communicate and provide solutions to issues at an early stage during the project lifecycle while minimizing impact to the project. Provide solutions to technical and constructability issues that arise during both design and construction phase. Identify value engineering components on projects and overcome design deficiencies with minimal compromise to cost, quality or schedule. EXPERIENCE Understand, manage and communicate project/contract requirements against the ever-present constraints while delivering quality end-product to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Manage, schedule, coordinate and administer contracts and projects from conceptual stage through planning, engineering, procurement, construction and close out. Experienced in Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineer Requirement Contracts (SABER), Job Order Contracts (JOC), Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ), Sole Source Projects/Contracts, Design/Build and MILCON construction projects
