Young aspiring founders have big ideas, but no roadmap. They want to change the world and graduate without drowning in debt. But the startup ecosystem often overlooks student entrepreneurs and traditional funding doesn’t speak their language. That's where we come in. The Dream Chaser Changemaker Foundation (DCCM) was created to help student entrepreneurs launch social ventures AND afford their education. Since 2017, we’ve hosted national pitch competitions for young Dream Chasers, awarding grants that go toward both their social ventures and their tuition. Why? Because building impact shouldn’t come at the cost of your future. What we do at DCCM: • Partner with universities, colleges & sponsors • Host 5 pitch competitions per year • Award up to annually in non-dilutive grants • Provide mentorship from seasoned founders & retail execs (hi if you'd like to join our mentors program) • Support students as they scale their ventures beyond campus The results? Our winners have built housing for communities affected by climate change, created tech that tackles loneliness in student populations and ensured women's safety as they move around campus, they've created safe spaces for mental health conversations and even pivoted into human rights law.
