DCE Consulting, Inc. provides construction and facilities project management expertise to some of the largest corporations in Silicon Valley in Bio Tech and Pharmaceutical, Microelectronics and High Tech, Commercial, Industrial and Real Estate. History DCE Consulting, Inc. was started in 1996 to provide facilities staff augmentation and technical support to various companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. We opened our New Jersey division in 2002. Our initial focus was in R&D construction projects in the semiconductor and biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Now we have branched out to also include commercial real estate development, including: high rise, mid rise and commercial campus development. Our core competencies revolve around the design and validation of complex mechanical/electrical systems, due diligence reports, feasibility studies and providing strategic planning for commercial real estate. Our services also include the installation, validation and commissioning of equipment with compliance of FDA regulations within the cGMP and SOP guidelines (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ).
