We are an Amsterdam based business that bakes bread and buns. We utilise a residual product called beerbostel that is produced during the beer brewing process. By using beerbostel, our bread contains more proteins and less carbohydrates and we contribute to a more circular economy. Moreover, all our processes are based in Amsterdam plus deliveries to clients are made by electric cars. In short, our bread is healthy, local, sustainable, and - most importantly - very tasty.
