Inheriting and preserving the work of the womxn before us, among us, and after us. De Corazón is a team of artists, facilitators, educators, and trainers committed to a just and equitable future by providing modular learning opportunities for purpose driven leaders and guides across disciplines who are ready to transform their work through connection. Based in Yanaguana on occupied ancestral Somi Se'k Territory, commonly known as the City of San Antonio, Texas. Consulting, planning, organizational development, coaching, conflict transformation, and curriculum and resource design. Moving leaders and orgs along the spectrum of allies. Flexible delivery of content and code-switching. Building networks and connections. Being present as leaders. Making movements irresistible. Practicing popular and participatory education. We recognize that our existence is resistance; how we heal ourselves is directly related to how we engage in individual and collective transformation.Our work uplifts and politicizes the role of health and healing in our movements for racial, gender, economic, and disability justice as a critical part of the world we are building because creating a just world necessitates wellness on an individual and community basis. Healing is essential to our collective liberation. Our firm believes that competency in any field directly correlates with the ability to lead from the heart.
