Merbes-Sprimont, originally established in 1782 in Labuissière (Merbes-le Château) is one of the oldest european (and probably one of the world's) most ancient marble specialized company. It explores in Belgium in full exclusivity the famous “Noir Belge“ or unique absolute black marble, the vibrant coloured “Rouge Griotte“, “Gris des Ardennes“ and “Rouge royal“ whose architectural and historical references are found all over Europe’s most famous royal castles, churches and museums but also in contemporary projects as Roissy Charles de Gaulles Airport in Paris.
