When Dr. Burger opened his dental practice in Melville in 1976, it was the biggest single man practice in South Africa for years. Dr. de Necker joined the practice in 1986 and by 1998 he had bought it and opened the second branch. Located in George, it has become the biggest practice on the beautiful Garden Route. In 2010 we opened our second Cape practice with a branch in Cape Town’s Century City. Each of these practices has been set up in completely customised office space, featuring the very latest and best dental equipment available and housing on site laboratories. There are multiple treatment rooms and ample parking secure parking as well as our warm and welcoming reception teams.
