De Patissier has grown in 4 years into the most exclusive pastry store in The Netherlands. The assortment can be described as luxurious, premium brands in chocolate, pastry, and macaroons. In 2012, de Patissier was acquired and became part of the Zilverwerf Group, which also consists of Créme de la Créme Patisserie, Swinkels Snackery & Backery and Otelli ijs en patisserie. More than team members make up the Group and together we provide leading luxury food experiences for our customers around the world. The 2 de Patissier stores are located in the larger cities, with the flagship store in Rotterdam. The other store is located in Oegstgeest. The online activities are fast growing and de Patissier manages to increase its market share in a highly competitive market. It is the mission of de Patissier to become the most inspiring, surprising and creative pastry store in The Netherlands. One doesn’t consider it as a bakkery store, but as a platform for luxury pastry. Strategy is to strengthen the positioning through upgrading of the product portfolio and optimizing the look and feel of the stores.
