In 2020, DE-RAY Optoelectronics Co, Ltd. released the Red Light New Gen VCSEL globally and won the honor of provincial laser device R&D center. In the same year, it completed ISO system certification and completed the intelligent upgrade of production line based on i-MES production system. In 2021, DE-RAY Optoelectronics Co, Ltd. won the honor of provincial advanced manufacturing enterprise and completed IATF16949 certification. In 2022, DE-RAY Optoelectronics Co, Ltd. won the honor of postdoctoral workstation. In 2023, DE-RAY Optoelectronics Co, Ltd. established cooperation with University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) and Xiamen University of Technology (XMUT).
