We provide on-site workshops for companies on the theme of stress management, mindfulness, meditation & mental wellbeing as well as one-on-one coaching within the same areas. Our workshops are science-based, mixing theory with practice. We teach mindfulness, meditation & other easy-to-apply tools to de-stress the nervous system and increase calm, focus, productivity and wellbeing. In other words, meditation & mindfulness suitable for sceptics. As you may have heard, WHO classified stress as the epidemic of our time before the covid pandemic. In our modern, fast-paced, constant distractions way of life non of us escapes the effects of the stressors all around us. Up to 80 percent of all doctors visits have been estimated to be related to underlying chronic stress. Scary thought. But when there's a problem, there are always great solutions and we are devoted to working with the solutions.<3 We feel passionate about strengthening organizations by empowering their people to take control of their minds and stress-levels.
