Deakin Visual Arts Society

We are a dedicated collective of like-minded artists, designers, and makers spanning across all artistic disciplines, brought together by a shared goal to participate in a community of creativity and visual imagination. At DVAS, we recognize the importance of providing real-world artistic experience to students and therefore aim to supply our members with a smorgasbord of opportunities to enhance their creative career. As a DVAS member, you can expect to be immersed in a culture of art, and students who are interested in visual creativity. We aim to provide a stable environment in which emerging artists from all disciplines can explore new strategies for art and design, as well as to network, collaborate, and promote their artistic endeavours.
