Dearmental

dearMental is a movement to normalize conversations and connections between men that improve mental health, our life experience, and the lives of others. Dissolve the stigmas and remove the barriers so that men have the capacity to hear and be heard on what we are feeling, and thinking, and struggling with on our own. Assemble together as men, as dudes, as bros – wherever we’re at, whatever our story, no matter our upbringings – and discover that while our paths are different, and the weights we carry are incomparable, we unite on our journey to keep moving forward. Promote awareness and advancement of mental health, so that we can start talking, stop suffering, and save lives. dearMental is a US non-profit, facilitating the Men’s Mental Health Movement.
