We are a vibrant, forward thinking training, coaching and consultancy company. We offer support to FE and skills providers including colleges, work based learning and adult and community learning providers. We believe that all learners have the right to experience the best education possible which is why we put learners at the heart of everything we do. Teaching and learning - that's our language! Our services are bespoke to our clients and our purpose is to support leaders, managers and those responsible for the quality of a provider's provision. We work with a range of provider types at different stages of their improvement and we never stop learning! We help providers help themselves and we seek to encourage independence by supporting growth and development of the internal provider team. We know how complicated, time consuming and stressful it can be to arrange the support that is needed. That's why, with Deborah's expertise and Nicola's planning support we can make it a seamless process. You may know exactly what you want or could be looking to have the conversation that will clarify things for you. Some providers have the internal support to take on the planning and some don't - that's what Nicola is here for. She can help with planning schedules, organising CPD days - pretty much anything that will reduce the stress for you.
