DEC Events (dec-events.com) organizes Digital Erasmus Conference and similar events related to Erasmus+ programme digitalization. The first edition of DEC was organized in November, 2022 in Antalya, Turkiye. The second edition took place between 14-16 DECember, 2023 in Antalya, Turkiye. And now, the third edition is being organised between 12-14 DECember, 2024 in Antalya, Rixos Downtown Hotel. About Us As a reflection of our commitment to the digitalisation of the Erasmus+ Programme, DEC EVENTS have been designed to assist international offices by organizing tailor-made events for the field experts, facilitating their adaptation to Erasmus+ digitalisation, thus promoting and contributing to the European Education Area. DEC EVENTS, considering digitalization as a development achievable exclusively via the engagement of all stakeholders in an efficient information process and field experience, held its first provider-independent and system-agnostic event in 2022 with the "Digital Erasmus Conference" in response to the existing need in the field. DEC has been designed as a boutique event to make it more efficient, productive, and beneficial for its participants. It was created by Spetron IT, a company that has been developing R&D based enterprise and academic information systems since 2013 and specializes in smart web applications and mobile technologies for higher education institutions. Employing extensive experience from working with large-scale higher education institutions and its agile structure, Spetron has achieved an important success in transforming the digital Erasmus infrastructure of its partner HEIs swiftly and efficiently in accordance with EWP (Erasmus Without Paper) initiative requirements. Benefiting from the experiences gained, we anticipate that the activities organized under the name of DEC EVENTS will make the daily operations of the IROs more efficient and easier.
