DEC HOUSING is a flexible and innovative National Community Housing Organisation providing a range of home choices including Ownership, Rent to Own, Shared Ownership, and traditional Rental. We are creating quality, affordable, energy-efficient ‘smart’ homes for People With Disabilities, and people on low incomes. We will make sure that everyone in the DECH Community truly feels Safe and Secure in their ‘Own Home’. People who have felt powerless and undervalued by Government and other housing providers now have options, choices, and opportunities. • Dignity to all the people we are involved with in the way we treat each other, in giving people their own choices and involvement in creating their own homes, and in using our size and assets to create more opportunity to help.
