Decision science involves several social and behavioral science disciplines. It draws on insight from psychology, neuroscience, economics and management, among others by using statistics to improve decision making. We facilitate decision making under conditions of uncertainty to minimize risk, cost and time. In the typical sense it involves systematic collection and analysis of information about program activities, characteristics, and outcomes, to improve program effectiveness and/or inform decisions about future programming.
