Decoalonize

DeCOALonize Campaign is a movement created by a group of environmental and social justice advocates concerned about the increasing interest in Kenya in coal power production and exploration. We have a shared vision of Kenya having a green economy powered by sustainable and clean renewable energy. The organizations and individuals making up the deCOALonize movement are from Kenya, South Africa, Australia, Europe, United States, and many other regions worldwide. We use our website to act as a source of information for communities, policymakers, and civil society, on why coal is not a viable option for Kenya and other alternatives of embracing clean energy in Kenya.
