Deconstructed Workshops

We believe that the most successful proposals are the most relevant ones. But how do you get there? By deconstructing every element of the RFP/Q response to get to the essence of what’s important. That’s how you set your firm apart. The Deconstructed workshop teaches participants how to accomplish this, in addition to offering myriad ways to streamline the process. You’ll walk away with more tools at your disposal for creating an efficient approach. You’ll also gain increased confidence in your skills and contribution to this often daunting undertaking. Deconstructed is designed for any person of any level who works on proposals. The five, 90-minute workshops take place on Zoom, with a maximum of ten participants to ensure individualized attention. We also offer workshops on a firm-only basis. All workshops are taught by Deconstructed owners Julie Flattery and Claire Schatzle. With extensive experience in the AEC profession, they bring their combined talents of verbal and visual communications, strategic planning, and more to these workshops. As part of our brand, we have also created a Pop-up 'Shop. These short, one-hour workshops cover myriad industry topics through interviews and skills sharing.
