Currently, I am engaging in conversations with numerous insightful and inspiring individuals about the impending impact of new technologies, primarily AI, but also encompassing 3D printing, automation, blockchain, and more, on jobs within the life science industry. I am actively exploring how these new technologies contribute. New technology is not a novel concept, but the rapid pace of its evolution and its influence on academic levels is unprecedented. The question arises: how will specific roles transform, and consequently, what skills should one acquire to remain relevant?
