Our team partners with Boards of Directors and coaches Executive teams in setting corporate direction, developing LEAN / Continuous Improvement strategies, supporting M&A activity from due diligence through integration, and performing assessments of organizations and operational effectiveness. At a more tactical level, we also provide program management and execution services, including engineering and maintenance support, design / install of manufacturing process and packaging operations, and a breadth of activities related to LEAN / TPM implementation, including training.
