I offer mindfulness based psychotherapy in the heart of Brighton. Mindfulness based psychotherapy takes Buddhist psychology as its starting point, integrates this with Western psychotherapeutic development theory and combines them both with the latest insights and research findings from neuroscience. This allows us to explore and potentially transform our relationship to ourselves and to all aspects of our life. I also teach both mindfulness and meditation.
