Non-profit charitable organization (501 c 3) dedicated to reducing the US homeless population by 50% by December 25, 2030. After 30 years as an Organizational Change consultant Bruce has decided to apply his knowledge and experience to one of today's most serious and growing societal challenges-homelessness. Using a threefold approach, Deep Hole Ministries will: Engage the homeless to establish a trusting relationship, Empower the homeless to reenter society as active members through a series of Digging Out workshops, and Elevate the homeless by connecting them with resources to find a home and full-time work. Like most dramatic change, there will be those who are ready now to reenter society, those who can be prepared to make a change, and those who will never be able to change. Our focus will be in directly helping those in the first two categories and knowing enough about resources available to help those in the third category to get them the help they need (i.e, fighting addiction or dealing with mental severe mental illness).
