Deep Retrofit Ltd provide home energy assessments for SEAI’s National Home Retrofit Scheme and technical assessments for the SEAI's heat pump grant. We liaise with homeowners and SEAI project coordinators/one stop shops to supply a pre works BER and energy assessment report. This report can be used as part of the application to SEAI for funding. We can also provide design assistance to retrofit project coordinators/one stop shops. Our report takes into account all the qualifying criteria for the scheme including the HLI, primary energy uplift and minimum B2 post works BER requirement.
