We are raising a €500 million equity growth and buyout fund with a lifetime of 15 years. We will invest €30-40 million per company (and attract €60-70 million co-investment & pre-IPO capital) for 15 Dutch Key Enabling Technology (“KET”) companies to build European Deep Tech winners of tomorrow. From Day 1, we will prepare our portfolio companies for an IPO on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. We have strong ties with public & private investment funds, banks, the industry, academia and best-in-class industry experts & advisors.
