DeeTee Industries Ltd. Established in 1975, DeeTee specializes in manufacturing and supply of SLITTER TOOLING, NARROW COLD ROLLING MILL ROLLS & TUBE FORMING ROLLS. It has a strength of 470 people and 4 production units with complete in-house heat treatment and manufacturing facilities and is exporting its products to more than 60 countries globally which include US, GERMANY,ITALY, FRANCE, SPAIN,RUSSIA, S.KOREA, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, CHINA etc. it is ISO 9001 2015 certified. SLITTER TOOLING is our specialty. DeeTee had taken over an Italian knife manufacturing company in 2010 which had an experience of 60 years and with the help of their technology and our own experience of more than 4 decades, we are providing high quality and complete slitter tooling solutions to our customers spread worldwide. Based on the customers’ application, we select the appropriate material and hardness for the knives. We make knives and spacers with accuracies of ( 1 micron) thickness tolerance by special CNC lapping machines. We make SHIMLESS tooling for high quality slitting. We have a very versatile tool set up software. We make knives, metal spacers, rubber bonded spacers, loose stripper rings, light weight spacers, separator discs, over arm spacers –metal/polyamide, scrap choppers, plastic shims, hydraulic lock nuts.
