Our company was founded in 2009 (Dinolab). We were the first in Italy to specialise in the collection of used phones from individuals, companies and telcos. In the same year we launched ilCelluvale.it, the first website service allowing individuals and companies to sell their used cell phones directly online thanks to prices available in real time and updated continuously. Most of the phones collected were sent to developing countries whereas smartphones and tablets (the first in Italy at that time) were repaired and/or refurbished for resale in Italy and in Europe. Since then, we have built strong partnerships with large retail chains and telecom operators both national and European, from which we have collected to date about phones with a value of several million euros. In 2012, we began (under the new name Defonia Srls) selling used and reconditioned phones on our website. Customer interest in products and the services that we were able to offer has been enormous. A confirmation Our strength lies in our many years of experience in used phones and their repair. Through agreements with national and European telcos, we have access to the latest in used smartphones and tablets in large quantities and at reasonable prices. Most of the devices we buy are display products in perfect cosmetic condition and comparable to new products with one difference; they are available at much cheaper prices. We purchase the best available parts to offer the optimum quality repairs to our customers and we are always on the lookout for the best and most innovative accessories. A vision of our future Our goal is to make our stores the reference point all over the world for services and products related to the world of mobile telephony. To do this we invest every day in human resources, innovative products and services to create a close and cohesive network of affiliates able to communicate constantly with the network to support, learn and grow together.
