DEGA AG is a Swiss based developer with an excellent track record in Industrial Development in the Russian Federation. It can claim to be one of the first and few developers to successfully concept and finish an Industrial Park with common infrastructure, the Noginsk Industrial Cluster. It has a for Russia fresh approach to development, not only taking care of the common infrastructure and helping the clients through the usual red tape, but also delivery turn key construction, taking care of all permits including the operation permit. DEGA's own structure takes care of the facility and property management of the Park. DEGA 's owned stand alone Power Plant guarantees an uninterrupted power supply and in addition heating /cooling. With Noginsk still being expanded, we have already started working on our next location. Park Ryazan is a 140 HA development 8km before entering the city coming from Moscow with direct access to the M5. The development will be a copy/paste of Noginsk in terms of development and services offered.
