Degave Organization

The Degave™ name and certification mark, as authorized use by third parties, certifies that the distilled spirits provided meet specific standards as to distillation, ingredients, processing, overall composition, characteristics, and other quality factors as published, overseen, and modified under the authority of the Degave™ Organization. The Degave™ Organization exercises legitimate control over the use of the Degave™ marks in commerce. The organization is not engaged in the production or marketing of individual certified label brands, except to advertise or promote recognition of its certification program or of the type Degave™ Spirit in the classification of Agave Spirits to the American public.
