Degreeck Web Design

Degreeck Web Design is a small web/app development start-up based in Pretoria, South Africa. We design beautiful websites for clients from planning phase, all the through to the launch. This creative little gem was founded in 2016 by Derick van Zyl after acquiring his Web Design Certificate from the University of Cape Town's Get Smarter online course. In the time since many hours of hard work have been spent studying HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, PHP and Nodejs. We use these technologies to custom code web applications for either static websites of awesome dynamic websites. To fully leverage the technology and present a complete package to our clients we make use of WordPress as a Content Management System, Mailchimp for their email marketing campaigns, Google analytics to assess the success of the ad campaigns and make adjustments as needed. There is a huge difference between Web Design and Web Development and here at Degreeck Web Design we love every step of the process. From planning with pencil, to creating our mock-ups in the image editing software, to coding all the design with pixel perfect precision, we leave nothing to chance as we realise that everything, from start to finish will have an overall impact on a website's SEO ranking.
