Mechanical systems design include: site service, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, industrial process, hydronic heating, hydronic chilled water, air conditioning, ventilation, forced air heating, heat recovery, heat pump, building automation controls, etc. Mechanical systems are designed for all needs including temperature, noise and relative humidity, filtration, ventilation, pressurization and system control. Electrical systems design include building power requirements, interior/exterior lighting, building power distribution, security systems, fire alarm systems, computer network systems, emergency life safety systems including generators, and communication and surveillance systems.
