Surely everyone enjoys a plate of great Italian food? Well not always and not for the reason of not wanting to! Ask many of the increasing 'free-from seekers' around the world keen to discover benefits of adopting a free-from-gluten diet and a common answer is one of disappointment. Poor choice, lack of taste and questionable quality dominate any focus group discussing the subject. So we set ourselves a challenge. Could we create a range of amazing Italian food products, full of the artisanal and authentic qualities of what Italy is famed for, whilst meeting the stringent and sometimes critical needs of free-from seekers? From our expertly-made tomato-based sauces to our unique, ambient shelf stable filled pasta range, made with expertly blended gluten-free flour and packed with rich delicious fillings, we believe we've created something rather special.
