After all there is nothing more comforting, pleasurable and of course disputed than a great sandwich. You will find our fun menu steeped in local folklore representing the diversity of the Pacific Northwest and linking together all of our great ingredients. Although our infatuation with the sandwich is obvious, Delicatus also shares our love for local cured meats, artisan cheeses, boutique wine and local spirits with additional menus options. Our intimate bar is open all day and our Gathering Hour begins at 3pm featuring small plates from local cheese boards to duck confit.
