Our original line of Delisea paste introduces humus di mare a product inspired by the concept of spreadable paste yet with the aim of satisfying the customer by directing them towards new possibilities and sophisticated recipes. The consumer will discover original combinations of flavours that are softer and more pleasing on the palate, than when compared to a more traditional anchovy paste, and that are sweeter and fresher with intense aromas that bring the tastes of the sea and the land to your kitchen. We begin with salted anchovies and balance their intense flavour with ingredients from the countryside such as Piemonte I.G.P hazelnuts, beetroot, Sicilian lemons and capers, enabling us to create a product that will help to inspire new horizons in the world of cooking.
