Certified DBE/WBE/WOSB Established in 2013, DeLoach Engineering Science, PLLC (DES) provides professional Civil Engineering consultation, planning, evaluation, design, and technical services in the Water Resources field, with projects focused on watershed evaluation, flood risk, stormwater management, flood mitigation, water quality, environmental restoration, and water supply. We serve clients throughout the Southeastern United States in the public and private sectors, and most work is repeat business. Based on our background in engineering, project management, and related technical areas as well as our history of advancing important technologies, including development of computer applications for environmental simulation, DES has expanded service and product offerings into the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Computing, Data Science, and Technology (CDT) arenas. Clients desiring GIS and CDT products and services can be found in many markets across the US. GIS service offerings include spatial and temporal analyses of changing environmental conditions, social and demographic trend and impact evaluations, and a wide range of reporting, mapping, and visualization services. CDT service offerings include custom software development, data analytics & visualization, project management, reporting, and communication. In addition, DES designs and distributes desktop, web-based, and mobile applications, including web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, to meet customer needs in the GIS and CDT fields.
