Delphea is a software development company founded in 2019 with the support of the University of Montpelier (UM). We analyze your problem of components design and components under radiation in different fields: medical applications, aeronautics, aerospace, nuclear power plant, and automotive, and we bring solutions using experiments and modeling. Delphea developed ECORCE, a TCAD user-friendly graphical tool that provides a complete model for Total Ionizing Dose, Total Non-Ionizing Dose, and Single Event Effects.
