In the beginning, there were a total of five employees working in an undeveloped suite in the Platteville Business Incubator (PBII) Building, with three of the employees being the founders; Scott Chyko, Bart Nies, and Dan Dreessens. After 20 years in business, the company has grown to almost 50 employees, ranging from Administrative staff to Design Engineers. As well as a bigger homebase office, Delta 3 has expanded to Dubuque, IA with more space for the company to grow. Delta 3 Engineering is always looking for talented and compassionate individuals to join our ever growing team!
