The Delta Synergy process begins with a "conversation" with clients to understand what their training goals are and how best to meet them. A training proposal is then developed and presented back to the client for comment and input. Once client input is incorporated and agreement is reached on the training plan, a delivery date is set. After the initial delivery session(s) an output document is published and serves as the base for an in-house follow up session 60-90 days later.
