In 1995, Delta Title was acquired by Gray & Company, Inc, the parent company of The Gray Insurance Company, a multi-state property and casualty insurance underwriter. Delta Title Corporation subsequently effected a merger of operations with Advocate Title, a Metairie-based title agency founded in 1978 by Wallace H. Paletou. Delta Title is fully licensed as a title insurance agent by the State of Louisiana Department of Insurance and is an approved agent for the largest title insurance underwriters in the United States.
