Deltine Capital sources, transacts and packages high cash yielding commercial property investments for sophisticated investors in order to deliver regular income distributions. We target entry income yields of >9.0% and when combined with yield and capital growth over the life of the investment, total investment returns of greater than 20% per annum are forecast to be realised at exit. Low risk is achieved via the direct security of a diversified multi asset commercial property portfolio, low debt levels (LVR target of 45%), AFSL compliance and independent Trustee oversight.
