QUALITY We source our vanilla from organic farms along the equator in Uganda, makers of some the finest and most complex vanilla in the world. Perfectly ripened and carefully hand-selected beans are air freighted directly to our production facility located in Houston, Texas. We use a slow-cold extraction method and finish our extract in toasted oak giving our extracts a wonderful smooth finish. VALUE Over the last decade, vanilla demand has outpaced supply and prices have surged. We have relationships with farmers who grow and age their vanilla beans and we do the rest in house.
