Led by mining engineer Will Ivor-Jones, who has had six years hands-on experience working for large mining operations in Western Australia, DMS is working to alleviate staff and skill shortages throughout the mining industry. By using engineers operating remotely, DMS is able to reduce on-site overheads for mining companies, whilst ensuring family and lifestyle-positive working hours for employees.
