In 2004, we launched Demand Logic International based in Silicon Valley California. We have worked for the leading IT, Marketing and Financial Services brands of the world. We are now based in Sydney with reach into the Asia Pacific, European and North American markets. We achieved our success because of how successfully we integrate with our clients. One complaint many people have about consultants is that they can be disruptive. Employees fear outside consultants coming in and destroying the workflow. Our clients face no such issues. We believe that some organizations create unnecessary complexity in their operations. Our approach is to work with our clients to sharpen their goals and targets and then use the best available tools to build the right strategy. The key is to underpin this strategy with actionable plans that clearly define metrics and measurable return.
