We seek to generate excess returns primarily by targeting North American and Chinese companies, employing both long and short strategies across the capital stucture. The Demeter Value Fund is driven by macro views, investing primarily in large cap, dividend stocks and bonds in the US and China. The fund is levered up to 2x on low beta names, and is typically short gamma for yield enhancement on portfolio names. The Demeter Special Situations Fund is a catalyst driven, bottom up analysis fund. It primarily seeks to take long and short positions on various equities primarily under 500mn market cap.
