Consulting services Agency brokerage services are paid in the amount of 3% of the agreed purchase price. Brokerage commission is paid by the buyer, unless the parties agree otherwise, and shall be paid at the conclusion of the Agreement. The price includes brokerage commission to certify the property sale agreement by the competent court, the regulation of the IRS documents, the request for registration in the Cadastre of real estate. Valuation and consulting The assessment itself involves a number of factors that affect the determination of its value. For our clients we exclusive free valuation services to the highest international standards, assessment and reporting (RICS, weights and IVS) based on the knowledge accumulated research of the local market and gained through years of experience.
