Denny Mountain Media (DMM) was a Seattle-based, woman-owned boutique staffing agency that specialized in sourcing and placing talent into a wide array of digital marketing roles, including content creation and delivery, marketing strategy and execution, and design. DMM was a $12M company that made Inc's Fastest-Growing Companies" list twice and the Puget Sound Business Journal's list of "Top Woman-Owned Businesses" multiple times. We were proud of our "optimized for humanity" approach in a commoditized industry and for living by our values of being upfront, trying to do things right, and always giving a damn. Thanks to all our employees - the Mountaineers - who made our success possible over 17 years in business! In January of 2022, we transitioned our client engagements and employees to our amazing colleagues at RedCloud Consulting and officially dissolved DMM in September of 2022.
