Dental Mental Network, is the first ever 501(c)(3) charitable organization providing mental and emotional wellness resources, techniques, life skills, support, and fellowship to dental professionals and their families. Dentistry is in the midst of a profession in crisis where exhaustion, fear, and anxiety have firmly taken root. Because of this, and so many other reasons, we have created a platform to bring professional services and programs to the industry by way of group sessions and original series/webinars led by skilled professionals. We envision a climate for mental well being in dentistry that is a model for all healthcare professions. We are an organization that recognizes mental health as an essential part of overall well-being. We understand that mental illness, like physical illness, is a medically treatable condition that anyone can develop. It is preventable, and those who experience mental illness can return to good health. There is no room for stigma in dentistry.
