Walks 101 is independently family owned and operated by an American/Australian couple who have made Melbourne their home after years of travelling and living in Europe. The team of guides who helped develop Walks 101 initially came from Free Walking Tours in Europe, and they noticed a lack of quality Free Walking Tours in Australia. Launching in Melbourne, the goal of Walks 101 is to provide an opportunity to everyone to join a walking tour. Not everyone has been on a free walking tour or knows if it's for them, so our flagship tour, the Free Walking Tour of Melbourne, serves as an entry point for guests to find out about the city and experience a walking tour without any financial risk. We're confident that you'll have a great time and want to join us for more, so we also offer a number of paid walking tours that typically include extras like access to local attractions, food and drink.
