Dernford is a leading Cambridge investment and development company with interests spanning commercial, residential and promotional property. Our legacy and name are entwined with former Cambridge property consultancy firm Januarys, and the company is largely governed by the January family to this day. With such a long involvement with Cambridge commercial and residential property, we have acquired a deep understanding of the local property landscape.
