We manage staff appraisals on-line, recording evidence and the ongoing professional dialogue between staff. Monitoring is completed directly within our software using tablets or laptops to record observation activity. Staff may assess themselves against the latest standards appropriate to their role, identifying areas for development and recording any CPD to alleviate any problem areas.
